Yes! We have designed different plans of support depending on what needs you may have, but the BRITO Free Plan will always be free! It does not expire and you are welcome to stay on it as long as you like.

No, by default the feedback from the users is completely anonymous and it is impossible to combine a user feedback with a user name.

If you reach your limit, you will not be able to send any additional feedback request. However, increasing your limit is easy, just contact us!

Yes, you can cancel your subscription or change your plan or package at any time. We do not offer refunds, so always make sure to terminate your subscription before the new billing cycle begins. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the start of the new billing cycle.

  • We usually do not delete accounts as if you ever change your mind, you can come back at any time. You can always move to our BRITO Free Plan where there are no monthly fees.
  • If you would still like us to go ahead and delete your account permanently, please contact us from the e-mail you have used to register for the account with the following:
    • Name of the organization, as defined in the Brito platform.
    • Confirmation that you would like the account deleted and you understand this action is permanent and irreversible.
